Yes, Silvana, I too enjoy zucchini bread. Upon checking my favorite blog feeds this morning, I spied a recipe for chocolate zucchini cake. I may have to bake that very soon.
What a woman! :-) I remember getting up at 3 am when hubby was working. We've become lazy now that he is home full time. Zucchini bread sounds wonderful!
Oh, Debbie, don't be too impressed. Arising at 3:30 or 4:00 AM is not my usual. I am generally only out of bed that early when: 1. I am stressed and, for some reason, baking is a stress reliever for me. 2. We, or I, need to leave the farm by 6:00 AM to be somewhere. Because everyone in our family has morning and evening farm chores, we generally plan about 2 - 2 1/2 hours time before leaving the house in the mornings.
I just love zucchini bread! I'm sure it was quite a treat for everyone in your family waking up to this!
