Uncooperative Weather ...

... has kept the soil temperatures below 55 degrees, too cool to plant, and the gardens too muddy to till.  Even though we can not get out into the garden just yet, I have not been sitting around twiddling my thumbs.  I mentioned in this post how the Women's Ministry at our church is making quilts for our two graduating high school seniors this year.  I've also crocheted a baby blanket for a baby shower being held this afternoon.

Last week our WM's assigned me the charge of adding the boarder to the this blue sashed pinwheel quilt top.   These quilting projects have ignited the my desire to work on a cowboy quilt for Farmer Boy.

One can only imagine my delight when I learned, just yesterday, the baby blanket I crocheted will be a perfect match to the nursery's décor, which is in shades of grays and blues.  I am thrilled the super soft yarns I chose in colors of gray and white will be a perfect match.

What's been keeping you busy?
